WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — A letter addressed to President Barack Obama has tested positive for a poisonous substance according to multiple reports.
The letter was received at an off-site postal facility yesterday off-site, CNN reports.
The discovery comes less than 24 hours after it was revealed authorities intercepted a letter bound for Sen. Roger Wicker contained the deadly substance ricin.
On Tuesday, Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill said authorities had a suspect in mind for the Wicker mailing.
“The person that is a suspect writes a lot of letters to members,” she said.
