Texas College To Reopen After Stabbing Rampage
CYPRESS, Texas (AP) — Classes are to resume at a Houston-area community college campus one day after a stabbing rampage wounded 14 people.
Officials and witnesses say a student went on a building-to-building stabbing attack at the Lone Star University System CyFair campus in Cypress before he was subdued and arrested.
Lone Star spokesman Jed T. Young says the campus “will reopen for regularly scheduled classes on Wednesday morning.” He says counselors will be available to talk with students and employees. They’ll also visit the classes of those students who were victims of the rampage.
