HOUSTON (CBS Houston) On Tuesday, officials with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrants Division and HCSO deputies arrested a suspect who was placed on Harris County’s “Fifty-Six Most Wanted Felons” list.

“James Kevin Husky (DOB 08/20/1970) was wanted on felony theft $20,000 to $100,000, for bilking consumers of funds on home repairs that were never completed. A Crime Stopper tip led investigators to a residence located in the 17800 block of June Forest Drive in north Harris County,” stated officials with HCSO.

When Husky’s spouse returned, she stated her husband was in the residence along with their children. It was then that deputies entered the home swiftly and methodically with a key provided by her. “Husky was observed coming down the stairs and was ordered to surrender. He was taken into custody without incident,” added HCSO.
