HOUSTON (CBS Houston) - The Houston Rockets will face a short-handed Indiana Pacers team in tonight’s match-up at Toyota Center.  David West and Danny Granger will not play while George Hill will be a game-time decision.  Injuries continue to plague the Indiana team that begins their four-game road trip in Houston.  West has missed the last five games due to a sprained lower back.

West, Granger (sore left knee), Hill (strained left groin) all did not play in the Pacers’ 100-94 win Monday against Atlanta. Coach Frank Vogel used three new starters Tyler Hansbrough, Gerald Green and D.J. Augustin in Monday’s game and they could see more playing time tonight in place of the starters.

Chandler Parsons says the Rockets will stick to their game plan no matter who the starters will be.

“We are not going to change our style for anybody,” Parsons said. ” We’ve just got to make sure we are locked in defensively, half-court, then get stops and get out and play our style.  We don’t want to slow it down.”

Houston is currently in seventh place in the West and 3 1/2 games ahead of the eighth place Los Angeles Lakers.
