HCSO Releases Composite Sketches Of Abandoned Baby’s Parents

HOUSTON (CBS Houston) The Harris County Sheriff’s Office released composite sketches Wednesday of what the parents of an abandoned newborn may look like in hopes that the newborn’s parents are found.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, “‘Baby Chloe’ was discovered Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at an apartment complex located at 11111 Grant Road by a resident walking her dog. The newborn was wrapped in a plastic bag near a fence.”
The renderings of the baby’s parents are based solely on a photo of “Baby Chloe” and not on the description by any possible witness or witnesses.
The baby, who is currently in custody of Child Protective Services, is doing fine and was released from a Houston hospital is doing week, according to the HCSO.
“Anyone with information as to the parent’s identification and/or location is urged to call the HCSO Crimes Against Children Unit at 713-830-3250 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477),” added officials with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
