Rockets head coach Kevin McHale announced to the media today that their 2011 first round draft pick, Donatas Motiejūnas, will get his first NBA start of his career.

Motiejūnas has been promoted and demoted to the Rockets D-League affiliate numerous times over the course of the 2012 season, several of which was at Motiejūnas’ request.

His debut will come against the Bucks on Wednesday night, along with new Rockets Thomas Robinson, Francisco Garcia, and Tim Ohlbrecht.
