HOUSTON (CBS Houston) Authorities are attempting to identify the body of a woman found near Willowbrook Mall Tuesday.

Reports indicate that the woman was found nude, on the property of a mulch company in northwest Harris County.

The  discovery was made by workers with the Living Earth, a landscaping supplier, as they were clearing out trees.

Harris County homicide detectives as well as the Medical Examiner’s Office arrived on the scene and were there for more than six hours of investigating the discovery which was made in the 12200 block of Cutten Road.

It’s unclear if the woman had been buried or if she was lying on top of the dirt. Investigators revealed that she had a tattoo on her lower back that read “princess.”

Anyone with information about this case is being asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office at 713-221-6000.
