HOUSTON (CBS Houston) Officials have issued an Amber Alert for a teenager who is believed to be with a man.

According to reports, Haylie White, 14, was taken from her home Tuesday afternoon by 33-year-old Jacob West, authorities said.

The following description is being released about Haylie:
White female, 14 years old
1. Approximately five feet tall
2. About 120 pounds
3. Hair that is brown and short
4. Brown eyes
5. Last seen wearing a tie-dyed shirt and blue jeans

Officials believe that she was taken by 33-year-old Jacob West who fits the following description:
1. White male, 33 years old
2. Approximately six feet two inches tall and 220 pounds
3. Brown hair
4. Brown eyes

West was driving a 2005 silver GMC Envoy with Texas License Plate #AT42794.
