HOUSTON (CBS Houston) A woman is in police custody accused of fatally stabbing her boyfriend.

According to reports, 28-year-old Ulessia Procter has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She may be charged with murder in the near future.

Procter and 30-year-old Michael Blake Curry her boyfriend, went to a friend’s apartment located on Bankside Thursday afternoon. She and Curry got into an argument and then a physical altercation. Procter then reportedly stabbed Curry in the neck.

After being stabbed, Curry then grabbed his neck and then collapsed on the sidewalk.

Eyewitness accounts indicated that Procter ran out of the apartment complex after allegedly stabbing Curry.
She was later arrested by police several hours later.

An autopsy on Curry will determine if Procter will face murder charges.
