HOUSTON (CBS Houston) A Pasadena man is accused of holding his parents at knife point after a four-hour standoff Monday morning.
The Pasadena Police Department stated that a 911 call was made just after 5 a.m. Authorities quickly arrived at a home located on Olive Green Court. Police said a man initially held his parents hostage with a knife, but then later let them go and surrendered to police.
Additional reports indicate that the man was not armed with any guns, only a knife. That knife, however was enough to keep officers at bay and negotiate with him.
The man walked out of the home and surrendered to police just after 9 a.m. The identity of the man was not released at the time of this report.
