HOUSTON (CBS Houston) A man who was in the nude forced his way into a woman’s apartment while the woman was at home.

Reports indicate that the woman heard breaking glass outside her Hammond Drive apartment Sunday morning and then opened the front door only to find nude ma

n on her front porch. The incident happened around 10 a.m.

The man who was later identified as 24-year-old Andrew Abernathy, reportedly smashed the lamp outside her front door and held his hand out to touch her as if he knew her. She refused his gesture and told him to leave her apartment at once. Abernathy refused and then began touching himself while counting.

Additional reports indicate that Abernathy then ran inside her apartment. The woman then called 911 and when authorities arrived, he did not surrender to police easily.As a result, police used a Taser gun to subdue him after he fought with them.

Abernathy, who was charged with indecent exposure and trespassing, appeared incoherent during his arrest.

There were reports that a man who was nude was crawling around a dumpster and attempting to break into cars.
