HOUSTON (CBS Houston)After the record-breaking Powerball jackpot winning tickets were announced to have been sold in Arizona and Missouri, hopes of wealth and riches were dashed from many who purchased a ticket to win the $579.9 million.

However, according to reports, two $1 million-Powerball tickets were sold in the Houston area. According to lottery officials, both tickets matched five out of five numbers without the Powerball or Power Play option.

One of the wining tickets was sold at the Timewise Food Store on FM 1960 in Humble while the other winning ticket was sold at the Stop by Market on Boone Road in Houston. Additional reports state that two other million-dollar tickets were sold in two other Texas cities: one ticket was sold in Dallas and the other in San Antonio.

When it comes to the record-breaking jackpot of the $579.9 million-prize, Powerball officials said one winner is located in Arizona, and the other is located in Missouri. The winners will split the jackpot evenly.
