Texas A&M freshman wide receiver Thomas Johnson has been found safe in Dallas after being reported missing from campus earlier this week, according to reports.
Linda Hanks, Johnson’s mother stated that Texas A&M University police called her early Thursday morning to say that her 18-year-old son was found unharmed and safe. According to police, Johnson was last seen leaving his College Station residence around 5:00 p.m. Monday.
According to Hanks, she had traveled from Dallas to College Station as investigators searched for her son. Johnson was found in Dallas, 180 miles to the north of the school campus.
Johnson who has has appeared in 10 games this season, has 30 catches for 339 yards and a touchdown.
