Dobbins Reportedly Fined $30K For Cutler Hit

Texans linebacker Tim Dobbins put a hit on Bears quarterback Jay Cutler that knocked him out of the game Sunday night at Soldier Field.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting Dobbins is being fined $30K for the hit.

Dobbins doesn’t agree with the penalty and is appealing the fine.

In eight games this season, Dobbins has has 14 tackles, two passes defensed and a fumble recovery.

Dobbins played in 15 games last season, leading the team with nine special teams tackles and adding four tackles and a forced fumble on defense.
