Firefighters found the bodies of two people inside a home that was burning in southeast Houston Thursday morning. According to reports, the fire broke out just after 11:00 a.m. at a home located on Dover.

Additional details indicate that the fire was contained to the kitchen area of the home; firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the flames.

A positive identification of the victims was not made at the time of this report. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will reportedly determine how the two people died. Houston police are investigating the cause of the blaze.
