You don’t have to sleep with somebody other than your significant other for your actions to be considered cheating.

Emotional affairs can be tricky because they don’t involve sexual interaction or physical intimacy, but they can be just as damaging to the relationship.

For some, emotional cheating can be even more devastating than the aftermath of a sexual indiscretion.
