An armed man who robbed a McDonald’s restaurant early Friday morning, forced the restaurant’s workers into a freezer.

According to the Houston Police Department, the robbery happened at approximately 3:30 a.m. The McDonald’s Restaurant located on Highway 6 at Piping Rock, just north of Westheimer was the target.

Authorities stated that the suspect held a gun to a female employee’s back and forced her to open the safe.
