ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — A bail review has been postponed for a man facing disorderly conduct and other charges for acting like he had a gun in an Annapolis movie theater.

A spokeswoman for the Anne Arundel County state’s attorney said Thursday the review has been postponed so Kyle Nolan Tanner can undergo an emergency psychological evaluation.

Spokeswoman Kristen Fleckenstein says Tanner does not appear to have a current residence, and she doesn’t believe he has an attorney yet.

Tanner, 25, was charged Wednesday after the incident. Police say Tanner began yelling expletives during a showing of “Madagascar 3.” Police say Tanner left the theater twice. He came back and started pointing at people in the audience and acting as if he had a gun. Police say people fled the theater.
