Texans outside linebacker Connor Barwin is buying into the Lin-Sanity with the recent news that Jeremy Lin will be introduced as the newest member of the Houston Rockets on Thursday.

Barwin, one of the Texans’ funny guys, has roomed with teammates in the past, and now it seems he’s recruiting an athlete from another sport.

Once news that the New York Knicks would not match the Rockets offer became official, Barwin Tweeted:

Welcome to Htown @JLin7! I’ve got an open couch and a hoop in my living room w/ your name on it.

He followed it with the photo shown and this:

It looks like Barwin’s pretty sold on the notion of having Lin sleep on his couch.
