Former Rocket Jordan Hill Charged With Choking Family Member

Lakers forward Jordan Hill is facing third-degree felony assault charges for allegedly choking a family member. The incident reportedly took place Feb. 29 in Houston when Hill was still a member of the Rockets.

Hill, a 24-year old first-round pick out of Arizona, has played sparingly for the Lakers since joining the team March 15.

The district attorney’s office told ESPN that Hill faces a sentence of two to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
