BROWNSVILLE, Texas (CBS Houston) — The playground at a Brownsville Burger King has been shut down due to a rat infestation.

Health inspectors found a dead rat during an inspection of the fast-food restaurant’s playground Tuesday, KGBT-TV reports.

“It’s not good news because it’s rats,” parent Sonia Leal told KGBT. “They can do something to the kids.”

The Brownsville Burger King was previously cited by the city’s health department for dirty playgrounds in October 2011, according to the station.

CBS Houston has reached out to the Brownsville Burger King for comment.
