Rockets Waive Terrence Williams

HOUSTON (CBS Houston) – Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey announced today that the team has waived guard/forward Terrence Williams.

Williams (6-6, 220,Louisville) averaged 4.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 12 games with the Rockets this season.

This move comes one day after the Rockets traded center Hasheem Thabeet and point guard Jonny Flynn for center Marcus Camby as well as forward Jordan Hill for Derek Fisher. More on the trades.
