Cops: Texas Man Tries To Pay Stripper With Crack Cocaine For Lap Dance
AUSTIN, Texas (CBS Houston) — A Texas man is behind bars after trying to pay a stripper for a lap dance with crack cocaine.
According to the Austin American-Statesman, Travis County sheriff’s deputies were called to the XTC Men’s Club in Austin early Sunday morning after 26-year-old Ricardo Luna allegedly tried to buy a lap dance with drugs and kicked the security guard while he was being thrown out.
When authorities placed the intoxicated Luna under arrest, the suspect allegedly made racial slurs toward the deputies and put up a fight when they tried to place Luna into the squad car.
Deputies ended up securing Luna’s legs with a tarp as he wouldn’t stop kicking the door from the inside, the Statesman reports. He ended up kicking one of the deputies in the chest several times.
Luna also spit blood and saliva at deputies and repeatedly banged his head on the cage inside the car before passing out.
Luna has been charged with obstruction and resisting arrest and is being held at Travis County Correctional Complex under $45,000 bail.
