  1. Nigel Jean Claude says:

For once I agree with David Stern. The Hornets have no owner, and they should not be able to deal anybody. Pau Gasol is not as talented as Luis Scola, and is a soft player. Throw in Martin, Dragic, and a 1st round draft pick for Pau Gasol? That is a big gamble on a guy that needs a star player to help improve his scoring stats, and is a 7 footer who does not rebound. This trade was a joke, and made absolutley no sense for the Rockets to even attempt. The Rockets should stick with the guys they have, and keep building through the draft. Most of the avaiable players through trade and free agency are over rated and overpaid. When the salary cap in enacated in 2 years the Rockets would be in a bind, and have to dump high salary players. GM Morey has drafted well in the past, and needs to continue to build thorugh the draft.
