Mario Suffers Pectoral Injury

By ANNA-MEGAN RALEY, CBS Houston

Texans outside linebacker Mario Williams left the game against the Raiders during the first quarter. He’s suffered a pectoral muscle injury and didn’t return to the game.

Williams suffered the injury during a play in which he sacked Raiders quarterback Jason campbell for a one-yard loss. It was his fifth sack of the season.

Rookie outside linebacker Brooks Reed took over for Williams.

SportsRadio 610 does not know at this time how long he’ll be out or if the severity of the injury is great enough to end his season.
