HOUSTON (MyFoxHouston.com) - If the Republican-dominated House and Democratic-led Senate cannot agree on how to pay for disaster relief funding, thousands of victims from the Texas wildfires may not get the help they need to rebuild homes and businesses.

Several counties in Texas are eligible for FEMA funds including the Houston-area counties of Montgomery, Waller, Grimes and Colorado. Upshar, Harrison and Smith counties have just been added to that list.
