6 cups water
1. Pour water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
2. Gently add egg into boiling water. Be careful not to crack them. Cook for 15 minutes.
3. Use a large serving spoon to remove egg from pot and place into a container of ice water or under cold, running water. Allow to cool completely for 15 minutes.
Eggs can be stored in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
