I’ve always been one who is interested in physical fitness and working out or playing sports. Life’s priorities seem to have changed as I’ve emerged into the working world with little time for the  recreational sports I played so often during my college years.

So I guess I have to focus on little things to burn calories since I can’t just head on over to the batting cages, driving range or gym at any time in the day.
