Cure Boredom At The Gym

I know all about getting bored at the gym. My significant other goes to play basketball or lift with his buddies, but I’m usually stuck on the treadmill staring at the calorie counter. So boring.

According to AskMen.com, here a few things you need to know to cure your gym boredom:

  • Consider finding a good workout partner, ideally someone who is more advanced than you.
  • Kettlebells are one of the newest workout trends to be gaining popularity.
  • As the warmer days approach, try taking your workout outside.
