The Astros are trying to carry over some momentum from their first win of the season as they take the field for their home opener tonight at Minute Maid Park. After beating Cincinnati 3-2 on Thursday, they’ll try to win their second in a row as they open a three game series against the Florida Marlins.

Wandy Rodriguez will take the mound in the opener after a rough first outing, He gave up seven runs in four-plus innings in his season debut against the Nationals. Ricky Nolasco will toe the rubber for the Marlins tonight.

The Astros managed just one win in their season-opening six game road trip. They edged the Reds 3-2 on Thursday, thanks to Matt Downs’ RBI double in the top of the 9th. Michael Bourn missed the game with a strained groin. He is day-to-day.
