Rockets shooting guard Kevin Martin was named the NBA’s Western Conference Player of the Week. He joined Josh Innes, Rich Lord and Eric Winston on J&R Monday afternoon to talk about the Rockets recent four-game winning streak, playoff hopes and missing Shane Battier & Aaron Brooks.

During the streak, the Rockets have beat the Detroit Piston (108-100), the Cleveland Cavaliers (124-119), the New Jersey Nets (123-108) and the New Orleans Hornets (91-89) during the second of back-to-back games.

Martin led the Rockets in scoring during each of the last three games. He put up 33 points against the Hornets in New Orleans on Sunday, 30 against the Nets at home the night before and another 30 against the Cavaliers on the road last Wednesday.
